140 crews from 11 nations will compete in the now traditional The Carnival Race reserved for the 420 and 470 classes – one of the most crowded events in the world for these classes.
In the 420 class, there will be two or three fleets competing due to the large number of participants. Representatives from Hungary, Germany, Great Britain, and many other countries will compete for four days in the waters off Marina degli Aregai, managed by the D-Marin company, which will host more than three hundred athletes and coaches. A location that has become a tradition thanks also to the convenience of the eponymous hotel of the Cozzi Parodi Group.
Two or three days of qualifying – depending on the weather conditions – followed by the finals with the Gold and Silver fleets. Among these young athletes we already find European and world champions.
