Beautiful conditions also in this last series and a program respected in full: five races completed with one discard applied.

Friday 3 February two stages with a west and two bullets for Beppe Zaoli.

On Saturday 4th February, Fabio Mangione won first place with JAVELIN in a test, again with a westerly wind. On Sunday, a beautiful east on twelve /14 knots saw the double success of the Germans of GER 1232 JAM. A completely Italian podium where the domination of this last stage was ITA 79 ROCK’N’ ROLLA FOR EMMARA, helmed by Andrea Zaoli. Seconds were ITA 49 JAVELIN, by Fabio Mangione, ahead of ITA 44 BALTHAZAR by Giovanni Stracquadaneo.

In the overall standings of the entire Dragon class Winter Championship, ROCK’N’ ROLLA FOR EMMARA is confirmed in first place, second is the German GER 1232 JAM, helmed by Christian Einfeldt.

Third place for the Danes of DEN 413 TOMAHAWK.

The Sanremo Yacht Club will once again be the capital of this beautiful class in March with the INTERNATIONAL ITALIAN DRAGON CUP PAUL & HARK TROPHY and in August with the Wooden Dragon World Championship. Thanks to the precious support of the Municipality of Sanremo, in these winter months and in the coming spring, tourism has certainly been and will be increased by the continuous organization of regattas during which the competitors can benefit from the wonderful meteorological and technical conditions.
