We inform you that the subject of the processing will be:

Processing and storage are carried out at the Data Centers of YACHT CLUB SANREMO located in the national territory or at entities established in countries that are part of the European Union.
Scope of Communication and Disclosure
The User is hereby informed that the data collected may be communicated – for the purposes set out in this statement, or by virtue of specific legal obligations – to other entities and in particular (i) third party technical service providers; (ii) postal couriers, (iii) hosting providers, (iv) computer companies, (v) communication agencies, (vi) web platform managers, (vii) consultants of YACHT CLUB SANREMO in charge of carrying out legal, administrative, accounting and/or fiscal activities and (viii) subjects, bodies or authorities to whom the communication of data is compulsory by law.

- request from the Data Controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning him or her, or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
- file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
